Strengthening Humanity.
The bar doesn't know your zip code — it tells the truth about effort every rep. Supervised youth training builds stronger bones, fewer injuries, and better mental health. Olivia Reeves trained in a no-frills Chattanooga gym before winning America's first weightlifting gold in 24 years. The foundation keeps fees low, coaches certified, and athletes on the podium. From first clean to podium — your donation helps make us the best in the world.

We aspire to Olympic excellence in USA Weightlifting and support the journey to this goal. Our work starts in local gyms but finishes on the world stage.
-
USA Weightlifting uses external force to build internal strength. We are committed to keeping the sport clean, safe and focused on challenging individuals physically to help build strength within.
-
Our work goes beyond just the athletes, to educate the educators. Through development of coaches and technical officials, we are ensuring excellence throughout the sport.
